What if we're designing a new patch?
We'll work from a sketch, a seal, or a description. You'll see a digital proof with thread colors before anything is stitched, and we'll run a physical sample on request.
Do you handle small reorders?
Constantly. Name tapes and single replacement patches are routine here — we keep your files on hand so a run of five costs you nothing extra in setup.
Can you embroider on our uniforms?
Yes. Ship us agency-supplied shirts, jackets, or softshells and we'll embroider names, ranks, and unit identifiers, or sew patches to spec.
Are the patches made domestically?
All manufacturing happens at our Johnson City, Tennessee facility — no overseas brokering, which matters for agencies with domestic sourcing rules.
