FAQ

Contract embroidery questions.

What is contract embroidery?

It's wholesale decoration done for another business. You sell the job, we stitch it, and your customer never sees our name. Shops use contract embroidery to take work they can't run in-house — or to keep promises when their own schedule is full.

How is contract pricing structured?

Per 1,000 stitches with quantity breaks, plus a one-time digitizing fee if the design is new to us. Send garment type, stitch count, and quantity and we'll quote the same week.

Will you ship directly to my customer?

Yes — blind shipped under your packing slip with nothing of ours in the carton.

Can you handle garments I supply?

Absolutely. Most contract work arrives as customer-supplied goods. We count in, inspect, and report any shortages before we run.

What if the job is unusual?

Those are the ones we want. Jacket backs, hoods, bags, coveralls, blankets, and finished garments are routine here — they're a big part of why shops call us.

Do you keep my designs on file?

Yes. Digitized files, thread sequences, and placement notes are archived so reorders match the original run exactly.
