How much do custom patches cost?
Price comes down to three things: the average of the patch's width and height, the stitch count, and how many you order. Per-piece cost drops noticeably at 50, 100, 300, and 1,000 pieces. Send art, size, and quantity and we'll quote inside two business days.
What is the minimum order?
One. We'll run a single sample patch so you can hold it before committing to a production run, and we scale the same job to 50,000 pieces on our own equipment.
How long does production take?
About 10–14 business days after you approve the digital proof. Rush schedules are frequently possible — call before you order and we'll confirm a date.
What artwork do you need?
Anything legible. Vector art is ideal, but we digitize in-house, so a photo of an existing patch or an old printed sheet is usually enough to start.
Can you match my exact colors?
Yes. We match thread to PMS references or to a physical sample you send us, and the proof shows the thread colors before production begins.
Are your patches made in the USA?
Every patch is manufactured at our Johnson City, Tennessee facility. We don't broker production overseas.
