When should we order holiday gifts?
Early November is the safe line for December delivery. Blank inventory in popular colors and sizes gets thin through the fall, so the earlier we lock styles, the more choice you keep.
Can you sort by employee?
Yes. We size-sort, individually bag, and label by name or department. Most HR teams tell us this is the part that saves them the most time.
What's the minimum?
Embroidery starts at a single piece. Screen printing gets cost-effective around 24 pieces and keeps improving from there.
Do you keep our logo on file?
Yes — digitized files, thread colors, and placement notes are archived, so next year's order matches this year's without redoing setup.
Can we mix garment styles in one order?
Of course. Polos for the office, softshells for the field crew, and caps for giveaways can all run under one job with one invoice.
Do you offer samples?
We can produce a single decorated sample before the full run so you can see stitch quality and placement in hand.
