Ever wondered what kind of machinery we use to embroider hats, shirts or towels? Below, you can see and learn about several of the interesting items we use daily in our factory.
The Third Hand
The Third is a great aid in framing hats. By depressing the air valve, a spring pulls the hat-sizing strap down, allowing both hands to secure the hat to the frame. A great addition to any size embroidery shop.
Hat Machines
This photo shows our hat machines with the 270 capacity.
Tubular Machines
Photo of towels in production on one of the tubular machines. Our stable of machines consist of tubular and stretch bridge machines. The machines are twelve and fifteen head multi-head Tajimas.
Garment Hooper
This pneumatic framing device hoops garments. This device eliminates arm/hand injuries and fatigue after a long day. This is one of the better innovative additions to our work area. (We developed this unit in the 1990's.)
